It took me ages to learn the basics of writing. Heck, I'd finished writing the ARPIA2 storylines already.
But as I slowly build up the foundations of my novels, I figure some might also be interested in knowing the golden rules. After all, anyone can write.

I won't post grammar & spelling advice here, nor the "how to start a novel: finding the ideas" kind of thing. This is already more technical, and it supposes that you already have an idea.
These are the ways to improve your writing. Some of them, anyway.

Why put it here?
Because YouWriteOn.com, the place that taught me these basics, only has its forums open from 1 to 4 pm GMT Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. That doesn't leave much time for many people to visit the website, and it means I barely get the chance to visit myself.

So? there you go. I hope it's useful, if anyone is into writing.
